There is no overstayer team who give immigrants housing. If you are an asylum seeker you may be entitled to NASS support and accommodation. What is your situation?

well i have 2 cuz sis where one of them has asked me for help but i don't really know much about immigration,
i'll start from the start my 2 cuz sis don't get along and both of them are overstayers because both of them has left their hubby before the 2 year VISA ended, they both has a 4 year old child which was born in the UK,
on one of the girls case was the overstayer team took her file from the social services and gived her a place to stay with her child, now the 2nd cuz sis asked me as she does not get along with her cuz sis if i know anything about the overstayer team becasue she is also after the same help, i have tried finding some information about the overstayer team on the internet but had no luck so i though this might be the best place to ask

Who is the second 'cuz sis' living with at the moment?

It sounds like the name for a team in your local council who house people with no recourse to public funds in exceptional circumstances.

the 2nd cuz sis was living with her relative but they told her to leave after a few weeks but at the moment she is living with another of her relative,
she was thinking if she gets the same help from the overstayer team than she can stop worring about being kicked out again

as already advised she (or you if you are now seeking advice for yourself) can approach the housing department of your local council and ask them to assess whether they have a duty to house you.
