Biometrics Appointment

Hi,

I have a biometrics Appointment for my UK Visa (from US) today at 2PM. But the Visa4UK site is offline now and I don't have a printout of my Biometrics form.
I cannot postpone my appointment as I am not able to login.
I don't think I can attend the appointment without the printout.

What would happen if I miss the appointment?
