Entry Clearance Documents

For those that have submitted their Entry Clearance application, what supporting documents did you include?

I'm guessing:
1. HSMP letter
2. Passport
3. Picture
4. birth certificate
5. bank statements.

Anything else?

Hi,
Well this is more than the guidance notes require. I guess that's what most people go by. I notice some people on this forum are providing much more. I would be interested to know if this is really necessary. The fact you have a HSMP letter covers most things I would of thought.
