Guidance

Post by HELP1987 » Wed Apr 06, 2011 3:00 pm

Hi All! I am very greatful to have found this website.
I really need someones help or even some guide into the right direction. My husband and I have been married for four years and three months. He is still in the UK and I had to come back to SA. Its been quite some time now and all I want to do is go back and make things right with him, I know I messed up, but after all this time, i love him and want to be there, I dont want to get divorced and not try. He is my husband and we belong together. The problem I now face, is HOW DO I GET BACK INTO THE UK? I have heard of a spousal visa, but at the moment all we ever seem to do over the phone is argue, so I doubt he will be very helpful with my spouse visa. I just want to get back there, so hecan see me trying and give our marriage another chance. WHAT DO I DO? I feel so heartbroken and lost. Please help anyone.

Thank you.

Sorry to hear of your personal problems. However in order to suceed in reuniting with your hubby, you need to stop arguing amongst yourself and genuinly try and make up with each other, that is if you both want to be together.

I am afraid without your husbands approval, there is not a lot you can do as he need to say thet he will be willing to support, maintian and accomodate you on your return to teh UK. Without this, I am afraid you can not do anything.
