HSMP/2007 with Tier1/2009 - SET(O) section A or B?

Tier1 - General was supposed to replace HSMP. Now these are separate on ILR.

There is no HSMP for 5 years. So, the combination is HSMP after Nov 2006 with Tier1. Which section? Other??

Certainly I would go for Section B, BUT later in the form point 10L clarifies that T1 made of HSMP and T1 also need to complete section 9A. SO, the HMSP section really means under JR.

I think it is utterly ridiculous to be asked to prove the same points 3 times (entry, renewal and ILR).
