Humanitarian/Compassionate visa refusal

Post by fahpac2711 » Fri Apr 08, 2011 1:25 am

I have spent over 10 years in UK, paying my tax, had no crime record and had a baby in 2009 and heavy with another one which is due in few weeks. I applied for Humanitarian/Compassionate visa to remain in UK but my application was refused without right to appeal. I was given few days to go and register with the enforcement officer in my area who will plan with me how to leave UK.
What should I do?

If you have lived lawfully in UK for 10 years, you may qualify for indefinite leave to remain.
