SET(M) for Spouse and kid

Hi Group,

Recently I got ILR,my spouse and kid are on Tier1 dependent visa,spouse
is completed 2 years on dependent visa,can she apply ILR using SET(M)
application adding my kid as dependent.

Please suggest.
