Condition of Habitual residance for housing benefit

Hi to all
I just want to know the openion/practical experiance of board members about the above test. my case is as follows
Came UK on HSMP visa in July 2006
Went back on 3rd Feb. 2007 when home office changed its policy
Got reinducted in program against HSMP judicial review 1 and came to UK on 29 December 2009
Got ILR against HSMP Judicial review 2 on 29 July 2010
Went Pakistan to resolve the business matters of employer on 15 September2010 till 1st Feb 2011 (Was paid for the period)

My question is that do I pass the Habitual Residance Test for Housing Benefit? I am still employed with the same employer since Jan 2010.
