Tier 1 Dependent query

Hi,

I got Tier 1 visa in Jan 2011 and came to UK in Feb 2011 to look for a job. Fortunately, I have an offer to join in the next month. However, I intend to go back to India and process my dependent's visa. Then, I would come back to UK next month to join this job.

My query is:

1. Do I need to have a rental agreement as a proof of accomodation in UK? Till now I had been staying in a hotel. It would take me some time to look out accomadation and provide any rental agreement.

2. Do I also require proof of employment in UK? I just have the offer letter from the company which I would be joining next month. I do 'nt have any UK payslips to further support my case.

Could you please advice on both the points.

I am also in the situation like you. If anyone, who applied dependent visa recently replies, it would be more helpful.
