urgent help required got a work permit, but messed up

I received a 5 year work permit in Dec 2005
I received 5 year entry clearance/ visa in March 06
Some how things went wrong and I upset my employer with some stupid questions and they are very upset with me and dont want to speak with me anymore.
They have not told me that they have cancelled my WP
In my heart I know in case I meet them personally things could work out OK

Can I use this entry clearance to travel to the Uk to meet them, or spend some time there.

What else could I do??? Its urgent!!

In the first place, is the offer given by this company still valid??If your employment is not valid then you are not allowed to enter into the country.

If your employment is still valid then you may come..( provided that your company didn't inform HO about premature expire of your employment)

The other option is to take visit visa ( but i think your WP visa will expire after you take visit visa).

Companies are required to inform the HO of any changes to the WP; changes in the conditions, salary, etc. They are also required to inform the HO in case the person no longer works for the company or in your case if the offer has been withdrawn.
If they informed the HO of your case, their system will show that the WP is not valid, this will be checked at the port of entry (they checked mine at the embassy before issuing the Entry Clearance and again at the airport in the UK).
A ticket is expensive plus you risk immigration problems; it's better to confirm with the company by phone or mail. Your WP is linked directly to the company.
