Tier 1 (G) Extension Application form
Hi Guys

1)my visa extension is round the corner , some how i am unable to find the correct applciation form on UKBA website .
Can somebody point the location to me .

2) I earned AMt .£X for 6 months and then i changed my job due to which my salary got increased amt£ Y . on what basis i should choose my income band in points based calculator as i havenot earned the same wage continously for 12 months .
any idea abt this situation ....
