Tier 1 PSW to TIer 1 General

HI guys

Just wanted to confirm. I would like to know if any one has worked as IT contractor through private limited company under PSW visa and managed to secure switching to Tier 1 general....

I am asking this because I want to make sure for 100% that private limited company is allowed under PSW visa...

Have you applied for Tier 1 General yet? If not, you are too late.

I am not intending to apply for Tier 1 general. I would like to know if any one( in the past) has switched as i mentioned above. So that this confirms that we can set up a private limited company under PSW visa....

yes, you can set up pvt ltd company under psw visa. you are allowed to do that.
