Did the college say to you / your wife in - writing or verbally - that if she becomes pregnant or bears a child then she will not be allowed to study? Pregnancy or child birth has nothing to do with visa application / ability to join or pursue a course for which one's place has been confirmed.

Unless the birth of child and associated childcare prevents / hinders her from attending college or progressing through her course, I don't see a reason why she will not be allowed to study.
