Could someone tell me wot benefits my fiance will be entitle to when he comes to uk. We applyed for fiance visa and hope to get married when he gets it but I am on benefits and wondering if he would be able to get some after we marry if he cant find a job. Someone told me Turkish men on settlements are entitled to benefits before ILR and if he dont work we will be up the creek without a paddle.
