Does anyone know, once I go back to home country and still have a valid Tier2(ICT) can I apply for Tier2(General)

Another UK company has provided me a COS after conducting the RMLT !!

Is there any restrictions to apply for a Tier2 (General) ?
How soon can I apply for the Visa ?
If the Visa is not provided, what would happen to the original Visa ?

Have you been assigned an "unrestricted" CoS or a "restricted" one? If the former, then you cannot use it to make an entry clearance application. Check with your new employer and they will be able to confirm to you which of the two have been assigned to you.

If your entry clearance application as a Tier 2 (General) migrant is not approved for any reason, then your Tier 2 (ICT) will remain valid.
