PSW to HSMP-File pending since Jan2011***Biometrics done***

Post by rocky232323 » Fri Apr 08, 2011 9:38 pm

Dear Friends,

I am regular reader of this forum .Its really helpfull and gives you lots of hopes and usefull guideline

This is regarding my PSW to HSMP application done on 20Jan,2011.Money debited by 25jan2011 .

I am done with my biometrics on 06feb2011 and got just one query from HO. The query was to submit Last Quarter bill of my NI Contribution as i self employed. As i was paying them in direct debits i only had initial letter send to me by HMRC about guideline of how ,when and how much will be my direct debits will be debited from my LTD companies account. This query was send to me on 25feb2011 and was asked to send the original bill of my NI contribution in 3 working days of that email which was very less time to approach HMRC and ask for that original bill. SO I replied back to them by 27Feb2011 with the original NI direct debit letter send to me.And since than i just waiting ,waiting and waiting.

I heard HO is very quick now a days and you are getting replies within 4 weeks.

Its been about 10 weeks since i applied and now i am really worried that whats next..Will i get it or not.

Friends can you please advise me whats next and do i still have any hope on this.

Any clues whats going on in there super minds.????

Is there anyone like me who is still waiting for similar query ?

HSMP closed in 2008, so how did you manage to apply for it in 2011? :?

Wait patiently, as UKBA is under no legal obligation to process your application in a defined / specified time frame. And because someone else's application takes less time to process doesn't mean that yours should too ... because every application is decided on its own merits.
Life isn't fair, but you can be!

Dear sir ,

Thanks for your reply.I might be using worng terms to explain my case so that might have confussed U.I was holding a valid PSW visa till march 2011 and i applied to extend it under HSMP.

HO just emailed me a query asking for my last quarter Ni contribution bill to be submitted in 3working days.I expained it earlier that instead i submitted a direct debit bill what was an consolidated bill from HMRC.

My question is how mych chances i have to get my visa?

Please kindly also advise me is it 12 weeks or 14 weeks after i can approach HO to enquire about my visa process.

Thanks in advance
