Pre action letter

Hi all,
need help please...filed for Judicial review in 09, on that note UKBA withdrew their initial decission to reconsider the case again,however till today they haven't concluded with a few letters from my MP and solicitors in vain.Now my solicitors have said that we send them a pre action letter for not responding to the request we put in before as per JR.Can someone please shade some light on what effect this may have on the UKBA making their decision.Thanks all God bless.

surely your solicitor is best placed to advise you of the likely outcome since s/he is furnished with all of the facts of your case and more importantly, this is what he is being paid to do.
