Query Related to ACCA

In Paragraph 68 of APPENDIX A TABLE 10 it says ' The applicant studied for his award at a UK institution that is a UK recognised or listed body, or which holds a sponsor licence under Tier 4 of the Points Based System '

Now, ACCA is under Listed Bodies and my 'CURRENT' tuition provider is under tier 4 licence,

But i studied my half ACCA out of UK and studying rest in UK.

Will this rule effect me?

yes you may have a problem if you did not study for the whole qualification in the UK. For how long did you study here.

In addition another problem is whether ACCA is sufficient for PSW. Have you been awarded a masters or bachelors degree?
