Hi all, i would apreciate if you could help me with this question.
Does my son needs is fathers consent to do the british citizenship form under the act 1(3).
I have recently made my permanent residend card and i want to make the british passport for my son.
His father no longer lives in the U.K. and we have no contact.
Will they accept my apllication with me not having the fathers consent.
