I graduated from university with a good 2:1 in International Business & as i have been lucky to have gained part-time work experience in an IT company during my 3 years in Uni and have just moved on to a post study visa, I would naturally be expected to look for a better job but the trends seem to changing really quickly these days as most top employer wouldn't employ you without an ILR which isn't really helping matter as everyone should be given equal oppurtunity or what do you think guys??
I came across this link on BOOTS website this morning just to give you all an idea on what im talking about, has anyone got any tips on how to go about this barrier??

Your qualifications and experience
You'll need GCSEs in Maths and English (at Grade C or above), at least a 2:1 in your degree (realised or predicted) in a relevant discipline. You won’t need to have worked in Retail or IT before but you will need to show strong leadership qualities, even if its through your extra-curricular activities.
You do need to have permanent residency status - we can't accept anyone on the programme who is on a time-limited VISA. So, if you're in the UK on a Tier 1 or Post Graduate Work Visa, you're not eligible to apply for the programme.
