Entering UK after 1.6yrs with some change in circumstances

Post by dx_sadiq » Sat Apr 16, 2011 8:39 pm

Hello seniors
I have my Tier1 (general) valid till 09/12/2012, due to some personal reasons I couldn’t make an entry to UK when I got my visa in Dec 2009. Now I am planning to enter UK in June 2011, so will there be any problem when I enter UK after almost 1.6 years?
Secondly I have two changes in my circumstance after me getting a visa
I got married 8 months back and I recently renewed my passport and endorsed my wife’s name in that and also I made a minor correction to my name by separating my given name and surname in my new passport.

Please let me know with all these things will it be an issues for an entry
Pls advise
Sadiq

What do you mean when you say the following:

Hi sushdmehta,
in my old passport my surname is blank and my given name has both my surname and firstname.
now I have rearranged it when I renewed my passport.

ie: i got my Surname in surname field and my first name in Given name field

hope this helps
