Just wanted to know if anyone could shed some light on this topic.

If the supreme court hearing goes in favour for Quila & Anor and the age is changed back to 18 years old will it change straight after the hearing on the 8th and 9th of june?

Or will the state take their time and probably change it in november..

Anyone know how this works??

I wish it would but unfortunately it doesn't work like that. These are long out drawn matters and can take months and years before it is changed. There are so many challenges to such issues.

I was planning on going abroad next month but postponed it until june just to see what happens. Hmmm so it looks like its not a thing that will change instantly. My wife contacted an immigration advisory in pakistan and they state it will possibly change on 21st April this thursday. I don't know where they get this info from. I found it really odd because the appeal is in june so don't really get how the law could change this week.

No way will the law on this change rapidly. The Immigration advisor based in Pakistan doesn't appear to have experience with High Court appeal procedure in the UK.
