Tier 2 employment ended - need advice!

I have ended my employment with the company that sponsored my Tier 2. UKBA guidelines say I have 60 days to leave the country.

I have a trip planned for approximately day 30-45 of that sixty day window. I expect I can't reenter the country with my Tier 2.

Ultimately I am going after the new Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa, but I'm not at the point where I qualify for the Potential Entrepreneur visitor visa (not yet in talks with VCs).

Do I reenter as a Tourist? On a Business Visa?

Any advice would be great.
