hi
can someone out there tell me what my children status is, i have four kids all born in the uk,but when we had them, both me and my wife are not settled, but recently i got resident permit card as family member of eea national while my wife still awaits decision from the home office for her indefinate stay, can i apply for british passport for my children as i am now sort of settled now, pls
help.

Wait until your wife has confirmation of PR. Then register the children on form MN1.
