Hai to all

Stayed in country for 8 and half years as student, wife got work permit and I changed visa to Work permit dependant.
Work permit is valid till 2008.

Can I applly for ILR on the basis of 10 years longresidence in UK caluclating the period of 8 and half years and one and half years spent as work permit dependant.

Your most valuable suggestions on this issue is very much appreciated.

Yes provided your combined 10 year stay was continuous.
