You have not supplied enough detail for anyone to give you an answer. What is your entitlement to be in the UK? How is your girlfriend? How long have you been together? Have you lived together, and if so, for how long?

Marry in South Africa and apply for a 2 year Spouse visa...or apply for a fiance visa (from South Africa) form VAF4a, marry within 6 months in the UK and then apply for a 2 year Further Leave to Remain visa (from the UK). Assuming you're both over the age if 21.
Not cheap though!

Not currently then no. There is an appeal going on to the high court with regards the marriage/fiancee visa age. This may, or may not, result in a lowering of the age qualification.
Assuming there's no change - she'll have to qualify for a visa in her own right - which means one of the tier visas.

You have not lived together for 2 years so do not think you have any way in that way.
She could come and pursue studies in the UK, given her age that would seem quite a natural thing to do

Even if you had lived together for 2 years, with the age restriction you still wouldn't be able to apply for an Unmarried Partner Visa.
Look at Student or work permit options on the UKBA website. Student fees however are generally £10,000+
