Post study work Visa refused- need urgent help

Dear All

I need your urgent help.

I have applied for a PSW visa on 28th March 2011 from India (Ahmedabad). on 19th April I got refusal letter saying that Bank statement from State Bank of India is not bearing the Institutes logo actually I have taken the bank statements printed online and taken official round stamp and signature on it. but still they are not ready to accept the statement.

Now What should I do?

Should I ask for Administrative review or reapply?

Please help as soon as possible

No new evidence can be presented at Admin Review..

The applicant is not allowed to provide new evidence. Any new evidence must be disregarded unless the applicant was refused under paragraph 320 (7A) or 320 (7B) of the Immigration Rules on General Grounds for Refusal (see paragraph 12).

Any new evidence submitted by the applicant must be returned to them together with the outcome of the Administrative Review.

Thanks for the correction there, since Admin Review is different, researched now and found out it is used for the points have been awarded correctly or not. Sorry for the info given above.

one more question

if I apply today and with the 90 days Bank statement and then day after tomorrow I withdraw the money from account so does it affect on the Visa application decision?

now I am going to apply with the same statement period with the new statement with the institutes logo and other requirements. the issue is as on today I have withdrawn all the money from account but still I have the statement from 24th december to 26th March (Total 92 days) shows the 4400 GBP. is it major issue?

I am going to apply on 21st April 2011.

Please Help its urgent
