Does anyone know what is the deadline for a case against the IND in Holland? Does GALA have any time limit for the national court to make a decision the Immigration appeal cases?

When an application is rejected, you normally get it in writing. The reasons for rejection should be explained, as well as the procedure and time limit for appeal. These may depend on the type of application.
