Full Refugee Status 5 years

I emigrated to the UK in September 2002 and immediately applied for asylum. My Application was refused!. However, I was only 16 at the time and was given ELR until my 18 Birthday! After this date I applied for extention and waited till jully 2007 when I received the refusal for my extention. I went to court on August 2007 and won the court I was issued a 5 years refugee status which will expire in January 2013.

Now, What is my next step? Should I wait until 2013 to apply for ILR or I can apply for settlement in September 2011 as it is going to be 10 years living in the UK.

May I ask you if you paid all the fees for application and appeals? Also, did you pay for maintenance or accommodation or government support?

there is no fee for asylum applications and appeals. What do you mean 'did you pay for maintenance or accomodation or government support?'
