Biometric Letter- Please Help

Post by azhar_new2004 » Wed Apr 20, 2011 10:33 am

Hi Friends,

I have given Biometric when I applied for Student Visa in 2008 in India.
In my Tier 1 initial application which I have sent on 31/03/2011, I have mentioned that I have given my Biometric before. Will I have to enroll for Biometric again,
Because I haven't got my Biometric letter where I have received my Acknowledgement letter last week.

Thanks,
Azhar

I got the biometric letter today.
Can I just walk-in post office where they do Biometric Enrollment?
Or I have to book a appointment.

Thanks,
Azhar

List of post offices for biometric enrolment wrote:This is a walk-in service - you do not need an appointment, but you can only use the service if you have been sent a letter inviting you to do so.

If UKba gave you option to go to PO then you can go(if you are sole applicant) otherwise you need to book an appointment. If UKba gave you option for PO then there is also list of post offices in biometric letter. I know because I already enrolled biometric 19th April. Hope it may help you.

Given the Biometric at Old street Post office today 20/04/2011.
I have to wait for 10 working days for Biometeric card.
Will it include today?
Does the HO work on the next week? between the bank holidays

Thanks in Advance

You'll receive a BRP only after your application is approved. See also Document check before or after biometric?
