urgent help

we sent our application to HO for eea4 and they have ask us to provide something to show that we live in the household of the eu citizen before we came to uk. what are the things we need to provide because we did not live in the eu state before coming to uk.

Are you talking about EEA 2 or EEA 4. For EEA 4, you are not supposed to be asked for evidence of membership of the same household as EEA national, they only request proof of having exercised treaty rights for 5 years.

How did you come into the UK? where you issued an EEA family permit? and if so, on what basis?

Have you got proof of dependancy on the EEA national?

Are you applying as an Extended family member or dependant Children?

we applied as dependant children in which we are bn 24- 21yrs
but each live in different address with boyfriends n girlfriends n their babies
we applied in uk,was given 3 and half yrs but they want something to show that we live in the household of eu national

no they decided on april 2010 and said we dont qualify for PR and we should apply on october 2010.and we did now we have been refuse
