REGARDING CHANGES TO ILR RULES

i got my hsmp stamped on my passport on dec2007,then i apply for extension ondec2009 which come as a tier1 general,but now when i m finishing my five year stay in uk dec2012,again the new rules for ilr as i have to show again my income,so just confused do i have to show my income again,plz reply me

No one can tell you today what the rules will be when you become eligible for settlement (December 2012).

For current rules, see Tier 1 settlement guidance.

sorry but i didnt get u what u say can u explain me in detail plzz and which rules will be applicable for my ilr old rules or new rules ,do i have to show income again?
