Appeal for permission to apeal to UT refused by FTT

Pls I need an urgent advise, my appeal was dismissed as a dependant of tier 1 migrant in UK on the fact that I submitted photocopies of bank statement as instructed on form IAFT- 2 information sheet. I applied for permission to appeal to the upper tribunal enclosing originals of bank statements, it was refused and asked to apply for permission from the upper tribunal. Pls what do I do if I want to proceed on this? At what Stage can I ask for refund if possible? What are the possible Points of law I can rely on? Please help me. Thnks for your anticipated assistance.

If you can quote exact wording we can advice more sensibly.

This is injustice and makes no sense.are you telling us you have orgional but refued due to copies.why you supplied copies.

after reading you post,its appear you are refused on upper tribuanl as well.
