UK Visit Visa on Canadian PR card

I have a query -

Can someone with a canadian PR card easily come to the UK and leave.

Do you need a visitor Visa for travelling to UK in this case or since you have PR card you can freely travel to the UK ??

Any help in this regard will be of much help.

PR confers settlement in Canada, not citizenship. Whether or not you need a visa for a country that you wish to travel to depends on your passport (i.e.- country of citizenship /nationality).
