Please tell me if I am eligilible to extend visa

I have Tier4 student visa at the moment, i am studying at the language school and my level is upper intermediate. My visa is about to finish in mid may. Afte he new rules does anyone know if I eligible to extend my visa under new rules? I have been in uk 5 years

how have you spent the 5 years in the UK. All as a student? do you have any dependants?

If the 5 years you spent was as a student, and if it was all below degree level, then there may be a problem as the maximum time a person is allowed to remain as a student below degree level is 3 years. Also, to extend, you must show academic progress.
