I had my biometrics yesterday, but they just took my finger prints and photos and then i paid the money and they put a sticker on the last page but they did not keep it ! is everything ok?? or the guy at the post office made a mistake??

They always return back that page because it is proof for your biometric enrollment.

You paid the post office not the ukba. If you had made an appointment to go to a peo or biometric enrollment centre then you wouldn't have to pay the extra charge.

got the appointment but 75miles away and have to book it separately , luckily got the appointment on the same day, so if any one trying to book the appointment as a family and having difficulty better do it individually.
