I applied my Tier 1 Post study visa in feb 2011 based on ACCA qualification only not OBU degree. I have appealed now. I have a decided case in the tribunal in which similar case, the appeal was allowed, does that case will help me in my hearing as it is a persuasive evidence not binding.
Secondly that case was dated on 14/11/2010 is there any change in immigration rules since that date.
Does policy guidance has same status as of immigration rules as Pankina case dismissed guidance.
There are lots of cases of ACCA in which the the applicant's appeal were allowed. How can i prove ACCA equated to degree and is recognised as i have NARIC letter and ACCA letter. As the Policy Guidance Notes states that Professional and Vocational Qualification NOT acceptable.
My Solicitor told me that he will provide the UK NARIC Letter and ACCA letter for the evidence. ACCA is at NQF 7 and is listed in the Department of Skills and Inovation site while no other professional qualification is listed like CIMA oor ICAEW.
Please help and any information which is relevent in this.
