Dear all

i have been mariade to EU citizen for the past 4 years , last i got my residence card , valid for 5 years , no our mariage is breaking away, next year i was supose to apply to ILR with her but since we are heading to divorce , i dont dont if can apply on my own , can anyone help me with this matter

How long have you and your wife lived in the UK together?

What is your wife's nationality?

How has she been exercising treaty rights during your time here?

In certain circumstances you can apply for Permanent Residence after divorce: post your replies and board-members should be able to help you.
