hi,all my wife is an EEA nasional,and i have a 5 years visa as a familly mumber of an EEA nasional ,im self employed but not earning much,my wife is employed for 4 yeasrs now shes working 21 hours a week we never claimed any benefit appart from child benifit , but as we not geting much income we just want to know if we claim child tax credit and working tax credit would that effect our ILR(INDEFINET LEAVE TO REMAIN) aplications,please advise and thanks in advance ,best regards.
