BRP delay

Hi,
I had applied for extension of my Teir 1 visa. I received a letter dated 5th April that the visa the application was succesful and I would receive the BRP within 10 working days. My wife who was a co-applicant received her BRP in 4 days. When I did not receive mine, I contacted UKBA who said it was never produced and they will invetigate it. Since then I have been sending emails and making calls but all they say is we are investigating it. It has been 1 month now. Is there anything I can do here ? Does filing a complaint help ?
