Query on Tier 2 ICT visa

HI,

I have been to UK on tier 2 ICT and was back to india on dec 12th 2010 and visa expired on same day dec 12th 2010. now, my employer again initiated my Tier 2 ICT, but as per new rules cooling period for tier 2 ICT is 1 year . will this new rules applicable to me as well.

Please let me know.

How long you stayed in UK in your previous assignment? I don't think the cooling period will applicable for you.
