i am aleardy in uk after get my FP
and now i want ask what i must do now iam algerien citizen and my wife is polish she work here since 2006 i want ask if i aply for eea2 or fmrs
other qestion she must aplly for eea1 or not ? any answer will be wlc i want be able to start work soon as posibel

First things first: has she registered under the
WRS? In any case, the WRS scheme will be obsolete from May 2011. And, neither of you have to apply for any of those documents you have mentioned, see
Applying under European law.

i realy dont undrstand what you mean cause iam algerien and she is polish and i have only visa for 6 month so how i can make my stay longer i read this site many times so iwch form i will aply plz give us good answer we need it thx very much
and i forget to say my wife is registerd under WRS SINCE 2006 and she never was out from work

Please read the second link very carefully, in particular the section on the Residence Cards which is the relevant one for you, and observe the language. The section on the Registration Certificates is also very clear.

my wife register in WRS in 2006 so what i must send with my EEA2
cause i read that i must prouve thar she work 1 year with wrs to aply for EEA2 i realy need help

has anyone applyed sucessefully for a national insurance number using only COA for eea application and proof of adresse and maybe marriage certificate,while the passport is in the home office for the purpose of the application?

i send EEA2 and EEA3 me and my wife in the biginig of april its normal that we dont recive COA i know that they dont send COA for EEA3 but for me they must what i must do now plz i need advice
