Hi all,

My case - came to UK on a working holiday maker visa in Nov 2003. visa expired in Oct 2005 but overstayed and left UK in Sep 2008. Returned back in Mar 2009 on a 2yr spouse visa and was granted ILR in Mar 2011.

The big question is how soon can i apply for naturalization??

Please advice people.

If you are a spouse of a British Citizen you can apply now if you meet all criteria:

he said he returned to the uk in march 2009 so it means he need 3 year to qualify in total so it will be march 2012
