Making a fresh application and want to check some stuff.....

I'm starting to get the paperwork together in order to make a fresh application for my husbands settlement and have some questions.

My family have their own business, it's not a limited company but it's our main source of income. I also liveoff the income from the business and am not working at the moment but still get regular money from the business.

If I provide the details of the business, including its bank statements and a letter from our accountant to confirm that I am a partner in the business, and the tax details for the last tax year, will that suffice or will the ECO still not be satisfied?

I have substantial savings of my own of which I can provide proof to submit with the application. My worry is that the money I get from the business a) varies each month as to how much I recieve although not by vast amounts depending on how business was that month b) is not paid directly into my bank account so on my bank statements I will have regular cash deposits but no other details regarding the funds.

I want to make sure this second application is spot on so any help and advice would be much appreciated.
