Better support for victims of domestic violence

Post by Saaira » Sat May 07, 2011 2:22 pm

I have question about abusive relationship.
What if the main applicant is female. She is sick with life threathing desease alongwith some mental health issues and also the victim of Domestic Violence. She is the main applicant and left with the newborn baby alongwith two other kids to lookafter and also provide all means of life.
Since she is the main applicant and have no recourse to public funds who will support her, she is capable and highly skilled but due to physical and mental sickness not able to work and provide means of life to her children.

Is it possible for the female main applicant to get ILR through domestic violence rule?

The female and her partner are having Asian Nationality
Their visa have been extended for three years in 2010.
The female have worked in Middle East for 15 years before coming to England.

Can some one help please.

Is there any way to get some temporary help until the female recovers from her physical and mental illness.

That female have separated from her husband.

Seniors please advise.
