You simply need to show that she won't need to claim extra benefits once you are living with her.

What visa are you intending to apply for and from where? From within the UK or in your home country? I ask this as you say you will support her from your present earnings.
You need to prove that you will have a minimum of £105.95 + £64 (less a few pence) weekly to support the three of you after rent or mortgage, council tax and any credit/loan repayments have been met.
I've since trawled through your recent posts and see that so far you've asked for advice on emigrating to Australia, Canada, and for help with obtaining a German passport (with fake adoption papers) as your PSW visa is about to expire. Now you need help with applying to remain as a Spouse of a 'lovely British woman'. You say you are a full time worker, but have also said in previous posts that you work part-time. You seem very confused...or at least I certainly am!

im trying to figure which way is the best way to apply, also through my father is not a fake adoption paper , i dont know how u git that , but is not even possible to adopt some one after 21
all im asking is which way is the safest and easiest way to apply?
i can make my sekf part timer and apply through my dad or i can continue working full time and get married , but she is on benefit at the moment and i dont really know what would be the best way , im earning about 1000 gbp a month which after rent and council tax is not gonna be enough to have 170 per week for three of us , i have heard ukba is more flexible with EU family mambers rather than uk family members is that correct ?!
i really need your help

You are clearly looking at all ways not to go back to Iran. You will not be able to show you are dependant on your dad as you have been in the UK working and are clearly not dependant on him.
Yes you can marry and stay but as Casa points out you have been looking at other countries and you did admit the adoption was not real so one could be correct to doubt this is a genuine relationship

This is the comment from your previous post that I was referring to:

You said in a previous post that your father is living in Germany, so how would you claim that you are dependent on him while you are living in the UK? Pennylessinindia is correct in saying that you can't simply give up full time work for part-time employment (by choice) and then say you are financially dependent on your father.
You also say that you were conceived during an affair between your mother and your father. Is your father's name on your birth certificate? I'm not sure with this situation whether you are able to apply for German residency, especially as it appears that your mother and father never formed a relationship which would be considered 'akin to marriage'.
However, I'm not able to confirm this either way.

According to the OP's other thread, his father only obtained German nationality through his wife 4 years ago, at which point the OP was already well over 18 (23 years old). The advice he was given was that he didn't qualify for German nationality. OP isn't asking whether he can get German residency but whether he can get an EEA family permit/residency card on the basis of his father's german nationality even though his father is not resident in the UK and nor is he dependent on him.

He also said in the beginning of the same thread that his parents divorced 24 years ago, (when he was 3 years old) but later that his parents were having an affair and his father was married to his step mum by the time he was born.

He's now conveniently edited the post where he suggested he could get fake adoption papers. I'm not sure it's worth our time this one.

I guessed it had been edited Greenie, but the text had been copied by another member, which meant it OP couldn't delete it.
I don't think we're ever going to know the truth which makes it impossible to offer advice.
Hopefully the OP will realise that any application to marry will be subject to an interview by the Registrar to determine whether the relationship is genuine now that the COA requirement is being withdrawn.
