Duplicate Bank statement

I have lost my two different month bank statement out of 12 months, I have asked Barclays to issue me the duplicate and they have sent those but not on a letter head paper as they don't send the old statements on letterhead or with barclays logo, is that a problem now????

I have all 12 months payslips, is that would be fine? Shell i take a letter from employee for stating and confirming my past 12 months bank statment?

Apparently this isn't an option any more as Barclays HQ have ordered all branches to STOP stamping these things.

Any ideas now as I'm in the same situation?

Sorry, I don't mean to sound rude but clearly you don't bank with Barclays. This is NOT an option as for some reason Barclays cannot reproduce the original statements, nor can they send you paper duplicates of your online pdf statements (despite the blatant lie on their website that they can do this).

Don't worry, if I ever get my Visa to remain here, the very next day I will be closing all 5 of my Barclays accounts and moving to a bank that actually likes having customers.
