hi to all members !
i am confused about my ILR which is due in july this year. i am applying under the category of marriage. i can't make my mind to go to PEO or send it by post.
my position is i have a joint account and joint tenancy agreement all other documents are single in our names.

i have 3 folders sperading documents over 2 years in those folders. below is some info might it will help moderators to reply.

LIUK pass certificate. (me)
council tax (me)
water bill (me)
electric bill (me)
saving account (me)
current account (me)
current account (joint)
credit cards (me)
credit card (wife)
bank account (wife)
saving account (wife)
tv licence (wife)
mobile bill (wife)
mobile bills (me)
current account (me)
sky bill (me)
nhs appoitments (me)
tenancy agreemnet (3 joint) 2009,2010,2011
payslip (me)
payslip (wife)
gas bil (wife)

i have some other letter to each of us

is that make us able to go to PEO for same day service or should i send it by post?
i am worried that i still have less docuemnts

go to peo, your documents look fine. Also have you got any tax credits letters addressed jointly. Try booking peo solihull as they dont charge you before granting the visa

i dont claim any benefits....
she gets DLA, cant stop getting DLA because she has a car through DLA scheme called something motability scheme
