Caregiver Visa--home fees?

Post by ErinFei » Mon May 09, 2011 2:05 am

I am hoping to obtain a caregiver visa for myself to aid a family friend in Madrid. If I have the caregiver visa and live in Madrid can I still go to school in England? I am a US and New Zealand Citizen. What kind of tuition would I pay. International? Would the caregiver visa allow me home fees because Spain is part of the EU? Please help!

During breaks I come back and visit her. She doesn't need full care but someone to check up on her. The rest of her family is in the US.
