hi am a nigerian married to and irish national with a baby boy i ll like to how to go abt my eea2 application , my fp visa is due to expire july 1 and we ve not been able to get a job in the uk , my question is this

Can she submit 1month payslip for my eea2 application cuz she will start work june.

2) what should i put in my application cos am still searching for work

3) Any idea when the sameday visa process will start

as far i know.. u can even apply under yr eu wife , family or partners even when yr visa or fp expires ok. u can apply anytime and also good in your case u are married with kid..but the earlier the better , so to put u in the position of finding job. u can include yr marriage certificate, child birth certificate, joint bills or account if u have any, your valid passports( you and yr wife) and payslips of your eu wife at least 3mnths or more..to show she is working, and u can also find more informations from the ukba website. hope these will help, good luck.
